the old Moncado Ancestral House or locally known as the “Old White House”… home of Hilario Camino Moncado, the founder and leader of the Moncadistas… a group whose adult male members sported long hair and beards originally thought to shadow the face of God and are noted for eating only raw and uncooked food.
